Vivos Solutions provides comprehensive data management solutions tailored for educational institutions, allowing school and district staff to collect, manage and report on key student, parent and internal data. It is a platform that streamlines student registration, policy communication, and summer learning program management. Vivos’ tools are designed for ease of use, allowing quick adoption and efficient data handling across school districts. Features include centralized data views, export to CSV, administrative controls, parent logins, and notifications. Their solutions aim to simplify administrative workflows and enhance communication between schools and parents.

Logging is an integral part of their development cycle to help troubleshoot, monitor performance, maintain security, meet regulatory compliance and provide historical records to their students. However, their software development team is consistently overwhelmed with the number of error notifications on a daily basis. This caused distractions from the project they’re working on to monitor if critical errors have arisen. The Goal

Vivos goal is to streamline its process by refining alerts for faster incident response time and increased software velocity. A lot of value is getting lost in the log notification and developers are spending more time than expected assessing if an alert is critical or unnecessary.

Railtown AI integrated Vivos Solutions Ci/CD pipeline to highlight issues that needed attention but were getting lost in the logs due to multiple notifications caused by repetitive issues.Instead, Railtown delivered fewer, higher quality alerts through the Root Cause Analysis error bucketing feature. The coverage in PII-related data errors is also tracked allowing Vivos Solutions’ team to instantly address privacy issues. Vivos still covered every relevant error but only receives alerts a single time for each error that causes multiple incidents, as well as the first time an error is introduced.

Railtown AI simplified our software development life cycle by bucketing together errors using its unique AI engine and then notifying us only of new and repeat issues in the logs in every new build. This capability highlighted issues that needed attention but were getting lost in the logs. Instead of a flood of log notifications, we now get a targeted and manageable set of notifications that helps us identify and fix issues.
